Dryander National Park

Overlooking the scenic Whitsunday Islands, Dryander National Park is a large coastal park north of Proserpine. Fringing reefs just offshore are protected in marine parks.

Things to do: Relax and enjoy nature in this peaceful coastal retreat.

Bush camp at Grimstone Point. Pit toilets and picnic tables are provided but visitors should be totally self-sufficient. Take a fuel stove, drinking water and insect repellent.

Check the zoning plan for permitted activities in the adjacent marine park waters. Beware of marine stingers October to May.

Getting there: Access is by boat from Airlie Beach or Dingo Beach.
