Russell River National Park

Small coastal park in the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area. Tropical rainforest, paperbark swamps and mangroves near the estuary of Russell and Mulgrave Rivers. Sandy beach. Beware of marine stingers from October to May.

Camping

Camping is allowed at the Graham Range camping area located at the southern end of the Park.
A camping permit must be obtained from the self-registration station on arrival.
Private camping grounds with a range of amenities are located at nearby Bramston Beach camping area.
